Case studies
How results become evidence.
We do not publish case studies until an engagement has a measured baseline, a documented change log and a remeasurement under comparable conditions.
No published case studies yet.
There is no case study on this page because no engagement has yet completed a baseline, an intervention window and a remeasurement with the client's permission to publish. When one does, it will appear here in the structure below — with the preserved answers behind every figure.
In the meantime, the Jersey City benchmark shows the measurement work in full, and the sample audit shows the deliverable.
The structure every case study will follow
- 01
Baseline
A full measurement before any work begins: question set, provider, counts, sources, entity findings.
- 02
Change log
Every intervention recorded with date, owner, rationale and dependency.
- 03
Remeasurement
The same locked question set rerun under comparable conditions.
- 04
Reported difference
Movement stated with its denominator and the conditions of both runs.
- 05
Attribution statement
What the evidence supports, what it suggests, and what remains unexplained.
- 06
Permission
Nothing is published without the client's written approval.
What this cannot prove
- A measured change is not proof that a specific intervention caused it.
- Models change independently of anything a client does.
- We do not publish figures we cannot trace to a preserved answer.
