Who we are

This site is operated by the team behind our AI visibility audit service. If you have any question about this policy or about information you have submitted, email hello@agentvisibility.ai.

What we collect

We only collect what the audit request form asks for, plus basic technical context:

• Information you type: your name, work email address, agent or team name, market, website and the answers you give in the qualification steps.
• Context about your visit: the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign parameters in the link you followed, and an anonymous session identifier used to keep your progress through the form.
• We do not ask for a phone number, a password, a payment method, or any government identifier, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use the information for one purpose: to review your request, prepare your market assessment, and contact you about it. We also use it in aggregate to understand which markets request audits so we can manage market availability.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with data brokers, lead marketplaces or other agents in your market. We do not use your submitted information to manufacture ranking claims, and we do not publish your name, team or results in marketing material without your written permission.

Who can see it

Access is limited to the people on our team who work on your assessment. Submissions are stored in our managed database, which is reachable only through our own server — the data cannot be read from this website by anyone visiting it.

We rely on infrastructure providers to host the site and database, and on an email provider to correspond with you. They process the data only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Email you will receive

We email you about the audit you requested and follow up about it. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence from this form. If we ever want to send you something beyond your request, we will ask first, and every email includes a way to tell us to stop.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for as long as needed to deliver and support the assessment. If a request does not become an engagement, we delete it within 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@agentvisibility.ai to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to our use of your information or to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and measurement

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The site stores a short random identifier in your browser session so the form can remember your progress and so we can see, in aggregate, which sections of the page people read. Clearing your browser session clears it.

Children

This is a service for real estate professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes affecting people who have already submitted a request will be communicated by email.
